Tania has been in the Real Estate industry for 12 years. Over the years, her responsibilities have been a combination of Assistant Property Manager, On-site Property Manager, Real Estate Assistant to a Top-Producing Realtor & Team, Short Sale Processor, Real Estate Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Marketing Director, to a high-volume Transaction Coordinator and of course, a Realtor. She has worked for Mike Aon for 10 years and is currently his Real Estate Assistant and Transaction Coordinator processing an average of 50 transactions a year. Tania was born in Orange County, grew up in Los Angeles and has lived in San Diego for 15 years now. She has been married for 7 years and has two beautiful children with her husband, Andy Murad. Aside from Real Estate, Tania has had experience in other industries such as Car Insurance, Fitness, Banking, Restaurant and Hospitality. Of all of the industries she has worked, she has a passion for Real Estate. Lisa Camacho is a native San Diegan. She graduated from SDSU with Honors and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked for Chase Bank for 13 years, staring as a teller then progressing to a Loan Processor and finally to a Loan Officer. Lisa made the career leap to The Aon Group in 2012 and quickly realized that was the best decision she could have made. She has learned a great deal about Real Estate and Lending working with a group of Top Producing Professionals at The Aon Group. Lisa is currently the Loan Production Manager for The Aon Group, which means she is in charge of each loan from start to finish. She enjoys being able to work so closely with her clients because she gets to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership! The best part of her job is the challenge she faces with each loan being so unique. When Lisa is not processing loans, she is chasing after her very active 3 year old son, Landon. She enjoys spending all of her free time with her son and husband of 6 and a 1/2 years at the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, or an exciting baseball game at Petco Park.
Marena Aon is the Marketing Manager and Listing Coordinator for The Aon Group. She was born and raised in San Diego and hasn’t left since. She has worked for Mike Aon and his team for over 2 years creating the team’s internet and print marketing pieces and posts, managing each listings, coordinating showings, professionally exposing all listings on the market, creatively seeking new ways to brand the team’s name and each agent specifically, and much more. She has gained an immense amount of experience over the years working with a top producing Realtor like Mike Aon and has plans to obtain her real estate license in the near future to conquer the market.
Every morning as a child working on my paper route, a note on the top of my bundle read, “PORCH DELIVERY PAYS MORE PROFIT”. That little phrase has carried me through the following decades as an unwavering standard of high quality customer service and a goal of a sterling finished product. My passions have always been in building and improving the custom landscaping of homes and traveling the world. This is where I developed my focus, and understood the importance of customer service. I started building homes in the early 70’s with R.E. Hazard and American Housing Guild, two major contributors in San Diego’s development that we see today. In the 80’s I sailed the Caribbean on the Dancing Dragon chartering folks from many different cultures from around the world. When I returned home in the 90’s, I obtained my landscapers license and went into business for myself. Throughout the life of my business, I had the pleasure of creating beautiful landscapes for San Diego home owners. In the late 90’s, I sold my business with hopes of returning to the sea but instead, I was offered a position I couldn’t refuse with The Home Depot. I was able to use my broad knowledge, hands-on experience, and customer service focus to climb the ranks to a position of Live Goods Buyer where I was responsible for up to $28M annually. In 2017, I had the opportunity to venture out into Real Estate by earning my license and joining the Aon Group where I am working with the most successful Real Estate Agents in all of San Diego County.
